SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends and holidays.
Purchases are shipped USPS with exact shipping costs based on weight, size, destination and selected mode of delivery ~ All of which are calculated upon checkout.
For international customers please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Customs charges may apply to international orders outside of the USA ~ Customer is responsible for these fees.
All purchases are hand packaged with love using eco friendly materials and/or recycled packaging. Please don’t be alarmed if you receive your order in a recycled or reused envelope or cardboard box. We aim to leave as light of a carbon footprint as possible, so we shamelessly package our products for shipping in reused and recycled boxes.

RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately , there are no returns on apothecary products(ie: hair/beard oil, lip balm, soap, shampoo bars, etc.). If you need to return your non-apothecary item, please contact us within 10 days once the item has been received. Let us know you will be returning the item by sending an email to WildwoodVagabond@gmail.com and send to the address listed below with its original packaging, item unaltered & in its original condition. The purchase price of the item will be refunded when the item arrives back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for items lost in transit or damaged upon arrival.
